Thanks Goalie...the picture is clearer, but not well understood. When I read "PROPOSED mining legislation will
prevent so-called "heirs" to suddenly hijack for ransom the likes of SUF", I wonder will it pass?

Is there a threat that SUF may lose mineral or mining rights to its properties? Does this fear explain the recent free fall? Remember, I'm just a lowly engineer, not a lawyer, political scientist, etc. Sure would be nice if the article you posted could be summarized for a common guy like me.

Well, maybe I should just put a bit more effort into reading it over. Forgive me but I'm not to motivated - I'm "Beilekied" (sp?)
