Jerry: I don't think negative of the additional authorized shares. It would provide for a couple of more splits and that seems reasonable as fast as it was climbing weeks ago. Just hope we get back in that trend.

While I don't recall what companies they were, seems I've read recently of a couple of other tech companies doing a similar thing by authorizing sufficient shares to plan for a couple of splits. So, I was not taken back by that clip you posted from the proxy.

You mentioned acquisitions. Not heard anything. But, I did raise the issue about 3 weeks ago whether anyone had heard about EXTR being bought. Nobody replied. Then I noticed the other day that rumors were flying again.

I'm bullish EXTR.
