Bobby .. I don't think it matters .. if we make a New High in Techs. What may matter is Valuation. The Valuations have dropped dramatically on a lot of issues. Some are still carrying the high PE ... do they deserve it? From the looks at PMCS and others today in advanced Tech .. I couldn't tell it by the looks of the Drops. To look at the Dot Coms .. they look to be in recovery mode .. I missed DCLK :( ... Bios haven't flinched much .. I don't think they will short term. Semis .. they are in the gutter and the Analysts keep pounding them .. almost daily. Are they really selling or loading. Is it time to Tank Adv Tech .. I don't know. But I do think we have hit a Bottom in the Naz .. at least short term. Will we test support .. beats me ... but I have no strong signals today that indicates we will. I think for the interim .. we go up while we wait to find out if there really is an internet / broadband / wireless buildout problem. Just thinking out loud. Ray
