I am not calling for the election to be taken from Bush, assuming he has actually won. Bush needs to concede based on the morals, ethics and character he claimed to possess while campaigning. The American people have spoken, and they want Al Gore, not GW Bush.

LOF: FLorida is required by LAW to conduct a recount. Putting aside all the charges of irregularities in that Bush-controlled state, it simply makes no sense for anyone to concede or claim victory or do anything else while this process plays out. It will only take a few hours and then if Bush retains his lead, the rest will follow. M2
