LOL. Stupidity is not voter fraud. Though I doubt any were confused.

Nice try, but you have no case. What is voter fraud is the Dem votes that came from non-citizens and felons.

You are trying to make a big story of this but it is nothing unusual. I can't believe that this is the best scandal the democrat party can come up with. I can report that Rush Limbaugh voted in Palm Beach County using the exact ballot and had no problem following the bold arrow from the candidate's name to the hole to be punched. What is wrong with your voters?

There's no way to gauge the impact of that issue. Exit polls showed that Bush outperformed Gore with seniors (to the surprise of the media), so there is a counter argument to each side.

The fact is that the ballot could've been better, but it certainly was simple enough. I would assert that if you can't punch the hole next to the arrow, how can you even decide for whom to vote?

This is a non-issue that will only muddy the water (more).

There is no Republican conspiracy. The election official that approved the ballot is a Democrat.

Wexler is a con artist. So much for your "scandal":

Supervisor of Elections Theresa LePore, a Democrat, insisted any confusion was unintentional and defended the layout of the cluttered ballots as necessary to get all the presidential candidates on facing pages while making the type large enough for voters to read.

"I was trying to make the print bigger so elderly people in Palm Beach County can read it," said LePore.

She also said if it was so confusing, someone should have pointed it out to her earlier. "We sent out sample ballots to all registered voters, and no one said a word," she said..

Victorious GOP Congressman Mark Foley said he had a Reform Party opponent who drew 2,651 votes, signaling support in Palm Beach County. "The allegations that people were voting in error because they were confused is nonsensical," he said...

>>THIS IS A HUGE SCANDAL in the making. 3,000 votes is huge here. Repuibs say absentees will favor them but the word if a big load of them are from Israel.

Wrong. Those votes 1996 heavily favored Dole.

There are some Florida residents in Israel, heavily skewed toward Democrats and overseas military heavily skewed towards Republican.

The people who claim to have been faked out by the ballots are probably out of luck. You can't change votes or vote when you know the outcome of an election.

Ultimately a Congressional committee may decide this one but it won't come to that unless one of the candidates forces the issue.
