One last theory, … that this was a setup from the start … that the CIA … caused this situation to happen in order for Bill Clinton to remain in office as President for a period of time(2 weeks to 2 months) … so certain issues can be addressed …

I disagree - it will come down to a simple recount. it has to. that is how we vote - count the votes and the winner takes it. They can go on fighting about the validity of it for the next 4 years if they want...but that is how it will be decided.
