it sure smells. i wonder, at the polling stations do you have a similar system like the one employed over here? we have representatives of every party taking part in the election at the polling stations watching over the process like hawks. it is difficult to conceive of a ballot box 'getting lost' under those circumstances, least of all in a tight race.
