i see...well, that puts it in a different light. seems likely that it will be challenged...
i wonder, were these butterfly ballots used only in one particular precinct, or everywhere? if they were used everywhere, the challenge will not succeed.

Flats, you're dreaming if you think any court short of the Supreme Court can overturn this election. I seriously doubt that the moderate democrats would want to see it go that far even if there was some legal basis. I do think it is possible that voters made mistakes - I know of many who wish they could take back their vote for Clinton! -g-
