I think that some of the foreign money is misreading the situation. As people are pointing out, a court challenge by one of the candidates is very unlikely to succeed based upon past challenges. The overeaction was the reason for the selloff to the election uncertainty. I don't think it had anything to do with Cisco's earnings as Ron Insana hopes people believe. Given the nervousness, I think it is a buying opportunity if one has been somewhat conservative in their in investing. Certainly a great time to get into tech, IMHO. I am now making my most aggressive trades since October 1999. The fear created at the right time of year is what can lead to incredible gains, IMHO. good luck.
