Why not create a State of Pasreal?

As long as all citizens have equal rights, the holy places are not defaced, and garbage is picked up on time, couldn't they all get along?

Not trying to trivialize it but I personally see no value in separate states. Governments should be for all people that live in their domain. Segmenting land based on religion and culture in close proximity will never work. Never.

There speaks an intelligent man.

I would like to add that, from my perspective, you aren't advancing your argument by singling out the Palestinians for their treatment of women. The practices you describe are endemic in the Islamic world. The issue on the table is resolution of armed conflict. Frankly, I am not very happy with the way women are treated in traditional Jewish homes, either, having to shave their heads and wear wigs, having to go to the ketuba as if they were literally contaminated by menstrual blood, it's absurd from my perspective. Why can't all these Semitic types just treat their women like American women, let them wear short skirts, have lovers, and run for elective office?

E, You seem to have contempt for Palestinian women who would put their children in danger of being killed for political purposes. Do you have equal contempt for the settlers who put their children in danger by insisting on "in your face" settlements in previously Arab territories? You forgot to bold that part, for emphasis, in quoting the Israeli op ed piece, so I did it for you.

"And so the time has come when all Israelis
must ask themselves honestly whether they are
prepared to die for the sake of tens of
thousands of settlers who live in isolated,
armed enclaves in the heart of an Arab
population. Are they prepared to have their
children put their lives in danger to defend
these settlements?
"
