Rush played a sound clip from an interview he gave on Oct 25 in which he said the same thing.

AlGore the Junior just confirmed that he will follow the Constitution, from which a President's authority derives. The Electoral College will decide.

Al Jr. failed to mention - yet - that he does not consider the constitution to be of controlling legal authority. Of course, he did flunk out of law school I heard.
