Here is a jpg of the Palm Beach ballot - 'esplain me how anyone could find it confusing, please?

Look at the facts. Palm Beach County is 7% of Florida's population. 50% of the entire state vote for the Socialist candidate came from Palm Beach County. 20% of the states entire vote for Buchanen came from Palm Beach County. Statistically, Palm Beach County is heavily Democrat and has a very old population. To me, it sounds like the facts point to a confusing ballot. Forget about even looking at the ballot, just look at the facts. This looks like a good case to me. What do you think? [you're a lawyer if I remember correctly]

I guess they're not complaining about the Socialists and Reform Party candidates who accidentally voted Democrat. That's what they get for giving bad instructions to their poll lackeys. Someone should get fired from the homeless shelter for screwing up the cheat sheet.

Actually I could see that being confusing if you just started at the left and didn't know there were choices on the right. The punch areas were down the middle right? Then on NPR they had this first time voter who was confused and punched the wrong place... when she asked the worker at the poll how it worked and discovered she had voted Buchanan she said she wanted a new ballot and was refused! OUCH, one anecdote gets everyone all riled up. We could see a re-vote in that precinct??
