The question would be whether the ballot was so confusing as to invalidate the election. I heard a woman on Palm Beach TV, via C-Span, saying she "might" have made a mistake. The ballots are secret, so who can say who cast which ballot?

Some voters complained they cast erroneous votes for the Socialist candidate as well. By far the majority of the screwed-up votes apparently went to Buchanan because he was the second dot, but number four on the ballot. I saw by the end of the day a suit had been filed.

We shall see. I hope those voters get satisfaction.
