The ultimate safety net - the net against carelessness and stupidity. We've gone a long way in this country, and this is could be the logical extension of it all. It will set a great precedent - if you don't like the election outcome find a loophole and sue for your outcome. With all the different ballots in the country (and all the incompetent people) future elections will be a heyday for the lawyers. I knew they were looking for new business after the tobacco heist, but I didn't envision there was enough money in election suits to feed them all. No offense intended, Cobalt, but I think we have gotten carried away with everyone looking for their pound of flesh in the courts these days. (I can just see the response i'll get for this opinion)
