Maybe alot of those folks were visually impaired, or had ADD and stopped reading when they got through "Bu"....and meant to vote for Bush....

You're focusing on the result and arguing that therefore the ballot must be screwed up. I think the burden of proof will be, would a reasonable person, looking at the ballot, know how to vote? And I doubt it's ever going to a jury. It will be decided by a judge, not the OJ jury.

<If you were arguing that the Palm Beach vote was valid, what would be your defense to the fact that Buchanan recieved 20% of his total vote from Palm Beach and also that the socialist candidate recieved 50% of his vote from Palm Beach, while Palm beach only makes up 7% of the state and it's heavily Democrat?
