I did read Moving Sphere's odyssey on W2k upgrade but didn't notice comments on GDI or systems resource developments.

See Message 11424

Are you using W2k Howard?

No, Windows 98

With regards to an earlier question the Resource Meter only monitors the status of two 64 kilobyte heaps, the USER and GDI heaps. The System Resources reading shown is the lessor at any point in time of the USER and GDI readings. In other words the System Resource reading duplicates one of the other two readings.
