The actions of implementing "keep the women in their place", as expressed by by stating the belief in the workplace - and acting on it - that "women belong at home" is the illegal act. Try expressing that belief in the workplace and you will learn the results. Goodbye job, hello legal fees, goodbye house, goodbye stock.

RE: "Amy you're straying from your own statement" I can understand how you incorrectly assumed that I wasn't implying there would need to be an expression of a belief in order for a belief to be known.
