Lawyers for the Democratic Party (news - web sites) said that the design of the Palm Beach County ballot is illegal and that they may ask for a re-vote. But no immediate action was taken by the party. dailynews.yahoo.com The illegality is that the law call for the check box to the right of the candidates name. On these ballots the check box for Buchanan is to the left. Can't furnish a link that references the law. But you'll be seeing it soon enough. Harvey
