I am not sure how electoral voting helps small states. I thought small states are given equal voice through Senators
where even a state with less than a million voters can send two senators, equal in number to the states with tens of millions of voters.
But I am under the impression that electoral vote count reflects the population in some proportionate way.
Can some one clarify me on this one.
