Ike:

If I was Gore I would wait until all the votes are in. Quite a bit @ stake. I think the absentee ballots taking 10 days is a joke (hey Florida doesn't let Insurance Companies use the post mark for filing deadlines <g>) but for now we have to live with it. As for the military absentee being in Bush's favor, only time will tell.

I think the confusing ballot issue is someone crying over spilled milk and a non issue (in determing the winner) but @ this point I can see it going to court.

JM e cents.

Tim

NDX made a low of 2957.79 that is a point better than 12/1/99.. 2956.79, a two day closing break below that would be a major setback for this market, I see 2500 on NDX reached in no time.. Peace has earlier this week warned us about this quick drop to 3000. I think that falling NDX needs to carefully watched, we should hold 2990 and rebound above 3110..

Ike and all, there is going to be a legal challenge. The market and democracy as we know it is almost finished. Again, we have to depend on the legal system to not make a mistake. Of course, this will all be moot if the remaining ballots give gore a victory.
