I think by 5 est things will be much more clearer, if the lead is maintained it would be difficult for Gore not to concede, going to court would tantamount to 'Newt-Gingrichisation of stalling electorol process', his tactics backfired when he stalled the government in all liklihood anyone doing that would not escape justice from the long memories of US public in elected politics of this nation, this is not going to be the last and only election. Newt Gingrich ascending career suffered a fatal blow after his grid-locking of the government, would Gore and DNC adopt that route, that needs to be seen. With Warren Christofer and James Baker around I doubt, however I am known to be a eternal optimist and as you rightly point out lot is at stake....

I earnestly hope one way or the other this global rubbernecking making a circus of the election that is hurting US is over by 5.00 PM EST..
