I wasn't whining, I just proposed a solution to the fraudulent ballot

What was fraudulent about the ballot? Fraud is intentional deception. A democrat approved it, it was used in prior elections, and the voters had a chance, not only from its use in prior elections but also from the copies that were provided for preview and acceptance, to challenge it before the election. Your argument and claim is bogus.

Ish,
Democrats may have designed it. But if they designed it poorly does not imply that their candidate should be disqualified on that basis alone. Actually both parties are involved in this process and everyone involved should be held accountable. Voters should not be punished for poor design.
Having said that, I think both candidates should start working out a formula before things get any more messier.
