I saw those ballots up close on CNN and did not find them confusing. There are large bold arrows clearly showing where to punch. Even a person who could not read/speak english and was taught to recognize the symbol "Gore" should realize the arrow is showing where to punch. Again I feel a need to state that we should not allow the incompetent and illiterate to have a special chance to determine the direction of the country. They threw away their vote for whatever reason. It's their own fault they couldn't follow directions.
