I heard another figure of around 2,600 for the last presidential election voted for Buchanan (I think). You mention the primary. What is the link for this information? If these numbers are anywhere close to correct, then there is NOTHING here. Wondering why the news people are not picking up on this. Are the numbers correct?

According to the BBC 19,000 Palm Beach ballots were rejected because they were double punched for Gore and Buchanan. Clearly some voters accidentally voted for Buchanan and then tried to change their vote to Gore. This goes way beyond the 8,000 you are talking about.
