Well, until this morning I was of the opinion that it
couldn't be rigged. Well, there is another belief turned
into myth. Ways to rig an election:
(My personal fav.) Safety Check Road blocks infront of
polling places in minority areas;

Design a voting punch card that is confusing, but use
it in only one county, with majority of Dem. voters;

Absentee ballots that have to be witnessed and mailed
one week before the election--this is a variation of the
theory that all is lost that you can't control. Lay down
heavy fire and see who's left (it will probably favor
anal republicans rather than impulsive Democrats).

Instruct the bubba that is sitting in the polling area
to not laugh when the voter tells him that they were confused about the punch out for Gore on the ticket.

Naw, couldn't be fixed.
Dream on. This makes Whitewater look like kindergarten.
