The law is what counts. Was the ballot legally drawn? If so all these complaints about "confusion" are just BS. if Florida law was complied with, there is no case to revote. JLA

If there is a revote, in part or all of the state, what would Nader ask his supporters to do? I imagine that neither he nor Jeb have had a good couple of days.

There is no way to ensure that people would vote the same way they did in the prior election. It will not happen. Period.
