I agree.....and I don't think that's the issue. The issue is....were the ballots confusing...apparently they were to 19k voters.

Perhaps true -- but Palm County voted 5:3 for Gore so the lost votes for Gore would have been greater.

This county seems to have a history of voting errors based on reports of rejected ballots in prior elections.
