Puzzlecraft--I believe there is a law--perhaps an attorney can help here!--stating that the kind of ballot used in Palm Beach County was and is illegal, regardless of who approved it. Clearly, the results of Tuesday's election show why.

Further, those who approved the sample ballot, did so without the benefit of actually seeing the punch-holes.

If you add up what's fair and balanced, Gore won the state of Florida.

there is a very prominent arrow in each box that points to the hole punch for that candidate. give me a break. every time i vote i think to myself how close together everything is and i double check that i'm punching the right hole for this reason. i voted in california and even commented to a volunteer that someone with poor vision or easily confused could easily punch the wrong hole. i am sure MANY elderly/dumb/poor visioned people nationwide vote wrong. lets have everyone nationwide who thinks they *may* have voted wrong vote again. particularly 5 or 6 thousand republicans in new mexico and wisconsin and ~10,000 in iowa.

give me a break.
