re "the ballot is flawed" One of the things I take away from this is that the wrong people are approving the layout of the ballot. Professional surveyors should have to approve this. I've been in market research for fifteen years and I write questionnaires for a living. I now I own my own company, but if I had written a questionnaire that looked like that ballot when I was working for Coca-Cola, Microsoft, or other places where I have worked I would have been fired.
