They released surveys on American Presidents yesterday on effectiveness and ethics. Nixon just passed Clinton into next-to-last on the ethics last. Sort of surprised that Kennedy and Johnson ranked so high together at 8 and 9. Reagan number 11.

Its not my business, but as an Englishman living here and a passive observer I really don't understand that statement.
