Timothy, you'll find--and this will soon become clear--that Florida law requires the candidate's check mark and/or punch-hole must be to the right of the candidate's name. The Palm Beach County ballot was not so designated. Don't you agree that the fate of the presidency should not be hinged upon a mistake? That if those 19,000 voters were Gore voters he should have those votes as opposed to not having them, and the presidency, due to a mistake? Again, Bush should honorably concede Florida to Gore.
