IMO, No, they cannot be allowed a "do-over" of the vote because we cannot tell what ballot EXACTLY they say they filled out wrongly.

One point I think we should make. Gore is making a big deal out of his lead in the popular vote, now less than 100,000 votes. If the popular vote was important, an election this close would require a manual recount of every ballot box in the US. Just think how long that would take. After all, Oregon hasn't even finished counting for the first time yet. Carl

I think that if a ballot is spoiled while voting, another one should be available. Everyone makes mistakes. But once the ballot has been dropped in the box, it is over. If they cannot manage to vote for the person intended, we have no obligation to correct the mistake. It all has to end sometime. We do not allow people to vote after the polls close, or to vote although they have neglected to register, for example.......

I think thats the reason that Gores people were waking up the drunks from the alleys! Giving them their first pack of cigarettes, and carrying them to the voting booths.. The Liberals want us to do everything to help the folks that don't take responsiblity for thier own actions! This is tearing our country apart,and the Market apart! Gore played the RACE Card at the beginnning and continues to play it to the end! Should we allow the Canidates Only visit the most populated states??? Why bother visiting the less populated ones? They pander to the polls and act like spoiled babies! Clinton Gore continue to amaze me! Rainman
