I was saying that tongue in cheek, but it does make as much sense as PB being allowed to revote!

I love that word... it is made up, but it fits.

they can restrict the vote to people who voted before..
chances are realistically gore would win by a very wide margin...
sounds like over 20,000 more gore votes likely,
besides any nader switchers.
so its only natural that bush supporters would try to block it somehow.

You don't know if the same people would vote, people vote who didn't vote before, people change their vote from Nader to Gore, etc.. If it can't be resolved with integrity and if Gore pushes a crisis in our country then I believe it should go into the house of representatives. However, the result from the recount should decide the issue if honor and national consideration is in play.

You can ensure that the same people who voted before will vote. They have record of such people.
However, not sure if Nader voters would vote for Nader or Gore. The others may switch to Bush in that case.
Gore will seek redressal because people who supported him would not want to leave feeling that justice was not served properly. He would be betraying their votes and support. So he is not the one to blame for constitutional crisis, if it were to occur. Using that logic, even Bush is responsible for crisis as he does not have the mandate.
Looks like it is going to boil down to election irregularity that needs to be redressed by state of Florida and Florida alone. Beyond that some sort of constitutional ammendment is required to remove ambiguities in such cases.
