Perhaps. The one thing I do know is they are either idiots or incompetent for knowing it happened before and letting it happen again. It is one thing to make a mistake once, but to knowingly repeat it really sucks. So if you believe that they were idiots and/or incompetent, should they be the ones making the decision on how the ballot looks? OK, maybe they are just dishonest. Does that make them qualified? I'll bet they just found out about the double-punches from the 1996 election in the last hour or so, after someone asked about it. This would put them in the incompetent category. INTCfan
