Thanks for the clarification.

Who knows how this will end..there is no real precedent. Its a little bizarre and I think it may underscore that the way we vote needs to be revamped and made more uniform and less susceptible to fraud or error or confusion.

I'm convinced the Dems won't concede after the recount is settled.

If they lose (a minor point <g>) they should. I think the court challenge goes outside of scope of the regular election. If the recount confirms Bush, I believe Bush is president elect, unless the courts intervene.
