Re: Volera

It rhymes with cholera<g>

I like this move. They could have come up with a better name but I'll take it right now. And I sure would love to get some shares but don't bank on it.

Net Content spin-off --- the rumor is true

Some other rumors out there

-1- Volera revenue is growing at 20% plus quarter to quarter.

-2- Novell shareholders will get stock in the new company.

-3- Other companies that have very high capitalizations are looking at Volera as a potential merger candidate. Mentioned prominently is Akamai and Nortel.

-4- Novell will gain as much as $.35 per share in annual earnings from converting net content from a division into a separate company.

-5- With its capital stake in the new company coming out of its cash horde, a streamlined Novell will be revenue richer.

The amazing thing is that the Street doesn't read Net Fusion so we just got a jump on pros.

Hope nobody sold their stock recently.
