I'm confused. The winner of Florida will have enough electoral votes.

The Phoenix, It was reported last night that the same county had 2900 votes for Buchanan in 1996. therefore, 2900 is not necessarily extreme. It is also interesting that the same exact ballot was used in numerous places around the country. tp
