Did AMD state that they would have two 130nm processes?

I think they did. SOI and non-SOI.

And did anyone else notice the comment about 90nm Leffs on their current .18mu Cu production? That's down from 100nm at introduction, IIRC.

Did they say what it will be for the .13u process?

Yes AMD said 130nm copper and 130nm with SOI they didn't say if it was copper or Aluminum.
