Although it is very unlikely that half those 19,120 people who voted twice wanted to vote for Buchanan, I'll bet Gore would go along with him and Buchanan each getting half a vote when people voted for both of them. Then who would be our president?

I think 4000 Palm Beach ballots had 2-punches for Senator and there were only 2 people running !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
