richard:
Bush he will do more for our military

His motto should be
"Ask not what you can do for the military, but what the military can do for you."

He'll need the troops if he thinks he has got a mandate from the people.

Richard> It's a disgrace to have our military on food stamps.

That is a total exaggeration of the issue. Yes, there are some military families who are on food stamps now but they were also on food stamps when Reagan and Bush were presidents. In most cases it has to due with poor money management by many military families and also the high cost of living near many military bases.

By the way, there are many alcoholics in the military and for years the military subsidized the cost of beer on bases.

Hi richard surckla; Re: "Liberman was in Israel collecting and passing out absentee ballots."

This wouldn't work too well as every county in the US has a different absentee ballot. You have to apply to your own election people to get a ballot for yourself.

It really doesn't matter too much who wins. The congress is closely enough split that nobody is going to get anything really stupid passed.
