Tom Wolfe had it right, it's "mau-mauing the flak-catchers." Screaming and shouting works with bureaucratic drones who don't get paid enough to deal with that kind of crap. Shouldn't work with judges but we'll see. My guess is that if it comes to that, the Supremes will grant certiorari and that's the end of that.
