Why do you say that Gore did anything wrong? Is he obligated to roll over and die because CNN jumped the gun Tuesday night?

CNN may be a good enough authority for Bush, but I'm quite certain that they have not been granted this power by the Constitution.

I saw Bush's remarks more than once and believe he said he believed that when the results were in he would be the winner. That is no different from what both candidates said all through the election and I believe is necessary for both to keep their base energized.
