Nothing wrong with using courts and the judicial process to resolve a controversy and enforce individual rights. The courts and judiciary are an integral part of our constitutional system of government. The court can be useful in legitimizing this election. Otherwise, Bush takes office under a cloud. His ability to lead is severely compromised by the circumstances of his election.
