Yes, I heard several days ago (seems like weeks) that a female elected Democratic official designed them to have larger type for readability, which of course determined the layout.

Next time, the voters are going to have to bring in a single sheet of 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper with the word 'GORE' written in 6 inch high letters on each side. It will have to be laminated in impervious plastic and handcuffed to the voter's wrist band that contains their name and address.
