...You hire a CA as an intermediary... Yes! That's it! You hire your guys, they hire theirs. Just like a WWF mud-pit free-for-all. Taxation based on who hires the smartest representatives --- Just like our justice system. NO THANKS! My original point, which I didn't express clearly enough, is that tax policy that is not clear will not be followed no matter how well intentioned people try. This isn't some malfeasance on behalf of citizens, it's simply the result of placing super-human burdens on ordinary people. Either way, we pay. Pay the CA. Pay the lawyer. Pay the tax man. We get to choose. Yes, our auditors don't carry guns. First they confiscate all your assets, then they demand your co-operation. Under our system, guns are redundant. Who needs guns when Canadians are are forced to crawl defenselessly to RevCan on their hands and knees? Guilty until proven innocent. Cheers, PW.
