Rarebird, IMO ( I'm not a lawyer) a new election in Palm beach county would not be constitutional. The Constitution does not protect one from the consequences of their mistakes. I agree that it is a heart breaker. The real danger is that it will not stop with Palm Beach county but will open the floodgates of litigation. Perhaps the democrats should spend less money on ads and more money on voter education for proper ballot casting -g- Mike

Rarebird, I'm getting very tired of your stupidity. You're comments lack any reason whatsoever. The mental faculty by which one deliberately chooses or decides upon a course of action; volition Those people and their stupidity don't deserve a recount whatsoever. It is their responsibility to know how to read a ballot. One which has been used for years and that was mailed (SAMPLE BALLOT) out prior to the election with instruction for voting. Section 203 of the Federal Voting Rights Act requires that Palm Beach County print all election materials, INCLUDING BALLOTS, in English and Spanish. It (SAMPLE BALLOT) further states, "Study your ballot, decide how you want to vote. then mark your sample ballot to use as a GUIDE at your voting place." I have concluded you arguments about GOLD and voting are worthless! je
