judge is likely to say "you had your chance in ballot challenges" it might be that simple I heard of much gray area for ballot illegality these guys seem like sour grape drinkers to me they didnt object two months ago PERIOD / jim

Hi limtex, What strikes at the heart of the matter is that they only now decide that the WPB ballots were illegal? Is there no checks and balances to guide each county so that there are not discrepancies like this? Everyone is saying this ballot was used here in the last election. Was there no one who then found them illegal then? I guess it doesn't matter, since the Demos won that election. I wouldn't be surprised to have it come out that they knew they were illegal and could use this if Gore was losing. Paranoid? You betcha!! Later, Joel
