How do you know the impact that Bush has had in Texas, when you're not from here. That would be like me making remarks about John Engler's performance (which I hear is very good).

I'm here to tell you that things in Texas are much better than they were. There is a true sense of bipartisanship in Austin.

I think I agree, but I suspect the same could initially have been said about our King John ( I am an Engler fan.) Who knows, maybe Al or GW could be leaders for a change.
