<<<DUI = DWI. Depends what state you're in. Same thing. Didn't the Gelding Prez to Be actually spend about an hour and a half in the hoosegow? Can't remember whether or not he was cuffed.>>

He got an OUI, Operating a vehicle Under the Influence. He blew a .10, the bottom of the scale. He was never arrested, he paid his fine at the police station the next day.

A .15 was a DUI and that would have gotten him hauled in. >

I can't believe he didn't try to use his father's political influence to get out of the ticket. Just shows you what kind of a man we are dealing with here.

You're legally drunk (as opposed to being illegally drunk?) in any state in the union if you blow a .10. If your state wants federal highway dollars, you're legally drunk now if you blow a 0.08. That's about 4-5 beers in an hour, depending on how much you weigh. You can put any spin on it you want to, but the fact remains that D-Dubya-I was convicted of drunk driving 24 years ago. The president-to-be is a convicted drunk driver. Sounds good, doesn't it.
