It doesn't matter to me if it was a Democrat or a Republican who violated Florida law in creating the ballot. BUT! The Supervisor of Elections, for the State of Florida, who had to approve the ballot for Palm Beach is a Republican, and a close associate of Jeb Bush, the Governor.

The Supervisor of Elections makes between $100,000 and $200,000 per year. Their main responsibilities are to have ballot printed, and to partition the districts to allow the public reasonable access to vote. They failed the people on both of these responsibilities.

Florida also has an antiquated "punch card" voting system. Just what do these elected Supervisors of Elections do to earn their salary?
